At Kiki McDonough, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kiki McDonough presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Return your item using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to our boutique.
